WALL TILES
A research project, using thick slabs of crank clay and a range of glazes to create ceramic 'paintings'. This collection included many sizes of wall tiles, supporting a large centre piece.
WATER JARS
Inspired by a Ladi Kwali piece, this collection was made for the 2019 Summer Exhibition, Grennan Mill.
Made in sections, assemled and thrown, the large pots were layered in slips and washes before a reduction firing. Each piece sits in a thrown ceramic ring bound in natural died wool.
IRON SPOT CELADON
