Returns and Shipping
I endeavor to please every customer, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do get in contact to discuss a return or exchange.
Any faulty items will be replaced free of charge.
Please note that all pieces are handmade so slight difference between individual pieces may occur. Your purchase may not be the piece photographed but will be of the same design, dimensions and glaze.
I pack all of the deliveries myself and post them as soon as possible, however if I am delayed or away I will email to advise when I will be able to post. Where possible I use recycled or eco friendly materials to package your order.
For domestic deliveries, the parcel should be with you within 5 working days. For deliveries to Europe and International, the postage may take considerably longer.
Please note that all parcels sent within the uk are automatically tracked , but for items traveling outside the UK tracking is an added extra which you can select at the checkout.
Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for any charges or customs payable upon receipt of your delivery.
If you do not receive your parcel after the allotted delivery time please contact me and the shipping company.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and photograph the damage if you can.
Caring for your purchase
All of my work is handmade on the potters wheel from stoneware or porcelain clay which is fired to 1280 degrees, this means all my pieces are fully vitrified and food safe.
Due to the nature of the material and the fineness of the pieces, chipping may occur over time but can be avoided if due care is taken when handling and washing the pieces.
It is advisable to handwash very delicate items, especially those with a thin rim, however all items are suitable for the dishwasher.
